I was represented by Enrico J. Mirabelli the founding partner of Nadler Pritken & Mirabelli in my divorce and a secondary case where my then wife, Dr. Anne E. Borkowski had charges filed against me for Domestic Battery. Enrico Mirabelli stated to me that there was no chance this case was going anywhere and that he defended a client who actually beat up his wife where she ended up in the hospital and she got almost nothing. " Robert, Don't worry. This case is going nowhere. I will handle this case myself.
Enrico Mirabelli refused to bring in Marietta LeSage a former girlfriend to use as a character witness in my defense.
My wife had another former boyfriend who she purported beat her and terrorized her before I met he. Enrico Mirabelli refused to even look for this man. This man Mark is a lawyer who Anne said owned a strip club. Wow, it can't be too hard to find a lawyer named Mark who owned a strip club in Chicago about Anne’s age could it!.
Again, Enrico Mirabelli refused top look for him.
Dr. Anne E Borkowski is a sociopath and stated she dated a man in prison for life for murder. Wow! This man would have some stories about Anne. Lets interview him to see what she told him. How did she meet him?
This avenue was also hotly refused by both Enrico Mirabelli & Shaun Bersson.
I asked Enrico & Shaun to bring in an expert witness to attest to recreate the police report and Anne's photos admit tingly taken 1-hour after the alleged incident.
No Enrico Mirabelli and Shaun Bersson both refuse to bring in an expert to testify that the report and the photo do not match.
No I go to trial without and research completed in my defense. Not a dime spent on a private investigator. Enrico Mirabelli is not specialized in this defense. I get judgment against me for almost $ 1,000,000.00
Look at the police report and then the picture, which she is purporting, is the result of the report she filed.
Enrico Mirabelli and Shaun Bersson end my defense. Kevin O'Reilly, Dr. Anne E Borkowski's lawyer stands up and asks the judge to allow him to add PUNITIVE DAMAGES to the verdict.
The judge allows the jury to award a limitless award to Anne.
Again, Read the police report and look at the picture and then decide if this was court trial was fixed. These 2 deviants Enrico & Shaun stand up in court and actually say’ “Your Honor, we did not prepare for punitive damages NOR DID WE EVEN KNOW THATY PUNITIVE DAMAGES COULD BE AWARDED, ESPECIALLY AFTER BOTH SIDES RESTED.
Then Enrico files and Appeal and gets caught lying to the Appellate Court in writing. When Robert Skertich questions Enrico Mirabelli, Enrico lies to his client Robert Skertich also. Robert Skertich reports Enrico Mirabelli to the ARDC and the Appellate court and the ARDC & the Appellate Court let Enrico Mirabelli refile the case without and repurcussions.
ecase excluding him misrepresentations. No harm, no foul. No disbarrment. No disciplinary action what so ever.
