Behner Dental Violation of ethics and Hipaa Law Altamonte Springs, Florida
This dental office is a perfect example of "sugarcoating the truth". They pretend to be kind and caring but once they have provided service and collected service fees(in my case over 3000.00 CASH!) they will just drop you as a patient without any explanation. That is not even the worst part. They refuse to send me my medical records after 3 requests over the phone in addition to visiting their office.
They promised to send me a release form and upon receipt of that they would send me my records. They are LIERS! They have never sent me anything. I even suggested that they send any letters registered mail to avoid any miscommunication in which they said "ok".
They could have offered to have me sign the release form while I had visited the office to schedule a cleaning however they chose to tell me they would not be able to be my dentist with no explanation while assuring me it was not financial.
It is appalling and unprofessional conduct. I have had to contact the ADA to mediate at this time.
I thought this was the greatest dental office ever. They are the WORST!
