After all the ranting and raving about money, you forgot one important fact. If he is the biological father of the children, he does not have to adopt them. They are his children by law already.

If DHS can some way get the mother to relinquish parenting rights, they'll adopt the children TO the father. THEN, the Texas DHS agency will get from $4,000-16,000 for adopting them to their daddy! DHS will make all sorts of agreements with the mother and then break EVERY one of those agreements. Like, they'll agree that the daddy will send pictures of the children to the mother several times each year and then, they'll order NO COMMUNICATION, stop all 'visits' (even pictures) and adopt them to the father so the children can continue to be molested by the older children living in the home. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY! Take money out of the equation and children will have what is BEST for them. Until BONUSES of the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997 is stopped, children will ONLY get what is BEST for the DHS agency. In October 2005, more than $17 trillion dollars was given to DHS agencies for adopting children in 2004! DHS agencies will do ANYTHING to adopt another child to anyone they want. It's ALL about MONEY from the ASFA! Bonus Money comes, UNLIMITED, from our Social Security Fund (OUR F.I.C.A. Taxes). Courts are given additional Bonus Money for SPEEDING ADOPTIONS. Read the ASFA! It's possible that the father is paying the judge 'under the table' and the judge KNOWS that if the children are adopted the court will get the additional BONUS MONEY from the ASFA (Our Social Security Fund (FICA Taxes)! It is a FACT! DHS will do anything to stop all contact with the biological family, diagnose them as Emotionally Disabled and place them in adoptive homes. It's their job to keep the money rolling in from SS and SSI to care for the children. Sure, they're budgeted humongous amounts of money, but they get additional money from SS and SSI when they're diagnosed by THEIR contracting physicians and Emotionally Disabled. What child isn't Emotionally Disabled when they're yanked away from the loved ones, cry hour after hour for their mother, father and other loved ones. I've been there! I've tried to comfort little 2-5 year old children begging for their mommy or daddy! It's heartbreaking! DHS is NOT about protecting children! It's about abusing them beyond belief!! DHS abuses and neglects the REAL needs of children FAR worse than any parent anywhere on earth!! Look at the number of children that try to run away to find their parents! They live under bridges, get involved with rapists, druggies and all sorts of evil minded people. It's in the interest of what is BEST for the child ... according to DHS agencies. You figure that one out! How is it BEST for a child to BEG for his/her loved ones and be told, 'They NEVER want to see you again!" That's DHS/CPS and court appointed lawyers! Oh, the ASFA was extended through 2008 and the requirements to qualify for Bonus Money was lowered by the Bush Administration. Instead of doubling their adoptions each year, the DHS agency must adopt ONE MORE THAN THEIR 'MEAN' ADOPTION RATE to qualify for the Bonus Money. The Bush Administration also extended the ASFA from 2002 through 2008 and THEN announced that our Social Security Fund would be broke by 2008! ;) $17 Trillion of our Social Security Fund (FICA Taxes) was given to DHS agencies in 2005 for adoptions finalized in 2004. My ONLY grandchildren were adopted to a NON-Biological family in March 2004. They were taken into custody because I reported FIVE boys sexually assaulting my handicapped Kindergarten granddaughter on her FIRST ride on a school bus. The assault occurred on Friday, September 28, 2001. My letter begging for protecting little children on school property was delivered to the school on October 1, 2001. The children were taken into PROTECTIVE CUSTODY on Tuesday afternoon, October 2, 2001. My grandchildren were under twelve years old so OKDHS just got $12,000 for selling them for Bonus Money! If a child is twelve years old, the DHS agency gets an additional $10,000 in Bonus Money! In Oklahoma, there are a lot of advertisements for adoptive homes for 'older children' so DHS can get the additional $10,000 for each of them. You see the advertisements on bill boards, in restaurants and even on TV. One automobile dealer USED several 'older children' in his sales advertisements. The children just stated, "We want a loving home! Will you adopt us?" Yes, OKDHS even uses the 'older children' in their advertisements for adoptive homes. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY! IT'S ALL ABOUT BREAKING THE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND! I'm glad Congress didn't vote to use President Bush's plan to privatize Social Security! I've contacted ALL of my legislators. I've even filed a Fraud, Waste and Abuse of Federal Funds! The ASFA should be rescinded! It IS Fraud, Waste and Abuse of Federal Funds to promote DHS agencies adopting children for Bonus Money! Contact your Congressional Representatives and ask that they RESCIND the ASFA to save the children AND to save Social Security! Contact the HHS about FW&A. It will, like my report, likely take six months for them to admit they received the report. Everyone just sits by and watches as HHS/DHS/CPS destroys our future generation. PLEASE! PLEASE! STOP DHS/CPS abuse for BONUS MONEY. State legislators will NOT want the ASFA to be rescinded. It's bringing great amounts of money into the state DHS budget. If the ASFA is rescinded, the State will have to find the $millions of dollars in another place. In October 2005, Oklahoma DHS received more than $9 million dollars for children they adopted in 2004! IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY! OKDHS wants our legislature to give them additional millions of dollars to hire hundreds more DHS workers so they can flood the state with children, remove their parent's rights and adopt them for MONEY! In was in Juvenile Court one time in in 2001 when an indian man stood before the judge and said, "Your Honor, I don't have any more money to fight for my children. (DHS placed them with an aunt.) So, the father relinquished his parenting rights so they could be adopted to his sister SO DHS AND THE COURTS COULD GET BONUS MONEY! THE WHOLE TRUTH NEEDS TO BE TOLD. DHS AGENTS WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH!!!! Jenny, it doesn't matter what the mother thinks her child needs! DHS provides them what THEY think they need! After all, the mother KNOWS the child and his/her needs! DHS KNOWS their needs are to get help for their Emotional Disability! YIP! Jenny, they MUST be adopted so DHS can get the Bonus Money. In this case they'll get $4,000-16,000 for EACH of the children! They're not about to let them be returned to the mother when the FATHER can adopt them!
