Bella Voi Radiant Skin Centers Shutdown with my money and 4 treatments left Atlanta Georgia
I ordered hair removal laser treatment from Bella Voi or Radiant Skin Centers near the end of April. The laser treatment takes at least 5 treatments to complete over a 6 to 7 month period.
My first appointment was near the beginning of May. No problems there. For the next treatment, which was near the beginning of June, they "had" to reschedule me. I walked in thinking I was going to get service and they turned me away saying, "We were trying to get in contact with you to tell you our laser went down." They never contacted me, because I have voice mail that they never left a message on and I didn't see their number or any other non-familiar number on my caller ID. They rescheduled me for a week later near the middle of June.
On the day of the new appointment, I looked for their number on their website in order to call and confirm my appointment time. But, oh. Their website gives that "cannot be displayed crap". It is down. I looked for their number through and found it. I then called them only to hear it go straight to their voice mail which was full. I thought, OK, this is weird.
I was already suspicious since our last encounter so I drove up to the Perimeter Mall only to find a stupid sign on their door. It claimed that they have been shut down for reorganization and that they will be sending out checks to the employees in two weeks and will be contacting clients within 10 days/two weeks to reschedule appointments. Reschedule? How the heck are you going to reschedule when I can't get in contact with you NOW! Even the number that I received from the information desk at the mall went to voicemail asking me to input a mailbox number with no way to leave a message.
But I have news for them. I am definitely going to get my money back, since this is considered fraud. These people are straight up losers!
