The New At&t or Bellsouth the same company disconnects cancer stricken customers phone line at their error and representatives play immature game with family members un willing even after realizing their mistake, to reconnect the very ill customers communication for her to be in touch with her doctors and therapist. Family member forced to drive 50 miles one way to put cancer stricken customer on the phone to give personal identification and they didnt record it on the account unwilling to reverse their mistake.

Supervisors of the company included and plenty all so called customer service individuals responded carelessly and immature. Dont do business with companies that treat people like this. They are no good. Have all of the names of the individuals that played the games with this un healthy person that did not deserve this. If they show this kind of attitude after knowing that the person that is their customer is very ill and it is their AT&T Bellsouths mistake and dont care, how will they serve you

How long has the person had cancer and what do they owe on the phone bill? My husband is only 40 years old and fighting stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Even with health insurance and salary pay instead of hourly pay, the bills are a fight. One way or another we created the bills, I wouldn't expect anyone to forgive our bills just because of cancer.
