I would like to suggest......always, always, always check out any company before you give them account information. Check Better Business Bureaus, sites like this and anywhere else you can think to look and see what kind of complaints they've had. If I would've done that in the first place I wouldn't have had to fight to get my money back. In saying the previous I'm not trying to excuse this companies practices because it is wrong in any sense of the word but awareness is the key to making sound decisions. I also want to thank the people at Rip-off Report.com for giving the public another outlet on how to not be dooped by companies.

RJ of Camden Arkansas. If you will read my complaint completely it clearly states that this was not ordered on a website. In fact at the time we didn't even have a computer. All if this was done via phone. No one bothered to advise this on the phone with my husband so how would he know to call and cancel. There was no supporting paperwork or information sent with the bottles. The company did tell us after I asked about this money being taken from our account that this information is printed on their bottles. However, on the bottle of Enzyte I had to put my glasses on and get under a lamp to actually read the fine print on the bottom of the label where the auto ship program is disclosed. What's even more, at the very top of the label they put "Reorder Number" with an 800 number to call in big bold print. If you are automatically shipped this product why is that information at the bottom of the label and a Reorder number given at the top in bold print. It seems to me if you didn't need to reorder you wouldn't need to put that number first. As for the people in this forum's complaints, we are just a few of the 650 that are complaining to the better business bureau so your comment to our lack of researching the product is obviously done by alot of people. I will accept responsibility for not finding out before hand that these people are doing this to consumers but they will not pull the wool over my eyes and if this helps bring awareness to anyone else about their practices and making sure that consumers check out things before they purchase something then I've done my job as a citizen.

Just to let those of you know who are interested. The IRS has notified me that if anyone feels this company is in violation of federal laws you can report them to their Criminal Investigation Division at 800-829-1040. Surely, if they are ripping of consumers they could be fudging with the IRS too. I mean they are getting merchandise back but not returning the money to the consumer it rightfully belongs to.

I had NO problem quickly finding the following information on the Enzyte site under the conspicuous heading of Customer Information. As you see, it does clearly state the automatic enrollment for additional shipments. Sorry, but it's clear that many people writing to complain in this forum cause their own problems by not researching and actually reading terms before ordering products. Important Information for Our Customers Managed Care Direct If you have health insurance, chances are you are already familiar with the concept of paying a discounted flat price (or co-pay) each time you have your prescriptions refilled. Because insurance providers do not extend the same coverage to non-prescription nutraceuticals and supplements, we've created Managed Care Direct. All free offers, as well as other clearly marked Managed Care Direct offers, include automatic enrollment in our Managed Care Direct Program and will receive a new 60-day Cycle of Enzyte approximately 5 days before their current cycle runs out. Customer's credit card will be billed the Managed Care price of only $70.00 on the day product is shipped, unless they cancel before the date of shipment. There is no obligation to remain on Managed Care Direct, and you can discontinue at any time. There are no refunds for orders once shipped. To discontinue, simply go to askberkeley.com or call Customer Care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-866-834-1715. Please note, we must receive your cancellation prior to the next shipment to avoid a charge. 12 Month Money-Back Guarantee If after purchasing a full 12 months' supply you aren't completely satisfied with the results, we'll give you a full money-back refund.
