Bernard Lynch U-Pac Products Inc, 3-4424 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls Ontario Canada took money. Promised business did nothing. Lost in Court !. Ripoff. Tampered with documents and forged signatures.

He says he has a profitable car wash business. It was totally BS! Deceived me into joining him as a working partner and to invest $15,000.00 which will be refundable. However this is a lie. He refused to refund me the money. What a pathological liar he is!

Oct 28th 2011 he lost in court and Judgment was entered against him. The judges saw through all his lies. He wants your money. Once he gets your money he does nothing. He had scammed others in his so-called business lead. He is like a Bernie "Madoff" but of Niagara Falls Ontario. I hope more victims would join me and report him to the authorities. Criminal charge?

Although Andrez Kozlowski purchased 50% of the car wash, the report was written by Stanley Lim who claimed he was a chemist and tried to put a very dangerous and hazardous product on the market.  When I tried to stop him he resigned and wrote these reports.  For further information go to www.hydro-shine.com

When Andrez Kozlowski presented me with his plaintiffs claim, the first thing I noticed was an unsigned document to start a new business at 21-4400 Montrose Road in Niagara Falls for the purpose of establishing a distribution company.  The agreement had nothing whatsoever to do with the car wash at 3-4424 Montrose Road.  In the third sentence of his report he stated, "Since it was winter and things were slow, he asked me if I would mind helping him to rebuild his mobile home which I agreed to do.  However a bit further down the page he said, "After 3 weeks I approached Mr Lynch saying that this was not what I agreed to do.  It became very apparent that after washing a few cars, this was work and not something he was used to.  Driving a truck was certainly a bit different.  However I told Kozlowski that if this was not what he thought it was, sell it.  I had other people interested in the business, but he was the only one who said he had experience.  Kozlowski wanted to discuss things with his attorney.  A short time later I got a letter from his attorney to discuss the sale.  I told his attorney find out what Kozlowski wants and I will send someone over to your offer to finalize the deal.  I never received an answer.  I called his attorney on numerous occassions without reply.  I also sent him letters.  Nothing.  I finall got in touch with his attorney who apparently told Kozlowski  Run the business as agreed or Sell.  Apparently Kozlowski wanted to keep  the business as an investment  I kept the business open for a period of time to honor the commitment made by Kozlowski.  As per Kozlowski instructions I signed an agreement with Ad-Factor to wash 200 cars whereby Kozlowski could up-sell other services.  I washed 197 cars for nothing.  When Kozlowski realized I closed the business he went to small claims court and filed his report.  I filed a counter claim and thats when Kozlowski went to Judith Callender (Paralegal)  who now filed an ammended claim and naming U-Pac products Inc.  A company that had nothing to do with the business other than the sale of the equipment which Kozlowski agreed to purchase 50% of and use in the business.

But thats not what is puzzling.  After all I have the original contract signed by both parties for the ongoing car wash at 4424 montrose road.  A business that was in operation since July 2009 registered as Zone-Air Environmental systems inc. DBA. Auto-Foam Services.  I had a list of the customers, the make of their vehicles, the amount they paid for the wash, etc.  I also had the list of names of people that were introduced to andy as the manager of the wash.  But what is puzzling, why would the stamped defence filed with the court by Stanley Lim be in Callender's possession?  In fact the first thing Callender asked the court for was time to make a copy so she could put the original back in the court file.  The second thing that puzzled me was why would the affidavit of service that I presented to the court be missing from the court files.  The girls on the desk tell me that unless I produce an affidavit of service and swear on the bible they will not stamp my defence. and the final thing, Why would Callender claim that the only documentation she received from me was a few flyers. Nothing else.  On May 27th 2011 I mailed 41 pages of documentation that I was going to present in court to her by express post.  The package weighted 2.04 Kilo's and was received and signed by S. Fortin.  However since I didn't provide any documentation I was unable to present my case and the court awarded the adjournment that I asked for but said I would have to pay her $1700.00 for her time.  Unfortunately I live on a small pension and in no way I could pay her $1700.00.  On October 28TH 2011 she won her case.

During the next day or so I contacted Fortin who told me her name was Stephanie and she didn't work for Callender.  She does however handle the mail collection duties for the group.  I asked her why she wouldn't give Callender the packages that she signed for.  Fortin claimed she put them in Callenders folder.  I asked her if there was any way she could have misplaced them?  Fortins reply Absolutely not!  I asked her if she was sure that Callender got the packages?  She said absolutely.  I then asked if Callender was lying?  She didn't answer.
