Reconsidered purchase because of materials used for clothing item, so I initiated a cancellation within 1 hour of transaction.  Berrylooked ignored my request for 3 days.  Representative emailed back at over 24 hrs have passed and said transaction cannot be canceled, & to please wait for a tracking number and date of delivery.  Also if I insisted on canceling, a 15% restocking fee would be incurred. 

I emailed back and forth August 3rd to Aug. 7th to review my request and reconsider their position.  I received generic email reponses to wait and see.  I then initiated a claim with PayPal on August 8th, my good fortune, a full refund occured on August 15th from PayPal.  Since a claim was made via PayPal, a steady stream of email from Berrylook requesting I cancel my claim and I would be given "1st priority service".

Lost my trust with merchant at that point and stood my ground by refusing to close the claim.  This is the worst experience with an internet merchant that I have had.  I usually don't write reviews, but they elevated my level of dissatisfaction to this point.
