Be careful: Best Buy Express Kiosks are NOT Best Buy, Inc. These kiosks, located in airports and hotels, use the Best Buy name and logo under an agreement with Best Buy but do not adhere to the Best Buy return policies. They are operated by Zoom Systems and have a much stricter return policy.

There is no obvious information in the purchase procedures that let you know that, unlike Best Buy who offer a 30 day money back guarantee, the kiosk products may only be returned if they are unopened or defective. Also, you can not return products purchased at the kiosk to the Best Buy stores,

That information only shows up on the receipt or if you bother to click through to the "policies" page on the kiosk.

If you are used to the return policies at Best Buy and the kiosk have "Best Buy" emblazoned on the machine and the purchase screen, why would you expect that you would be making a purchase from some other company that limits your ability to return products you are unsatisfied with after you open them?
