If you watched the TV for three weeks with no problem, and all of a sudden you've got "triple images", then it needs to be dealt with through Toshiba; but I would still have Best Buy come and get the unit for service IF they delivered it...you never offered that they did. So, unless you are covered by the Best Buy PSP, then it falls under the manufacturer's warranty.
