I had the a similar problem. I simply went to the store and said that I would not leave until I recieved my money. I also threatened to post the personal phone numbers of the CEO Bradbury H. Anderson and the CFO Darren R. Jackson, both residents of Minnesota. Best Buy gladly refunded my money. It is annoying to have to go to such measures just to get a response. If you are resourceful you can make the same threat I did. Good Luck.
