BEST SOFTWARE PRODUCTS IS A RIP OFF
I went to the web site of Best Software Products located at:
http://www.usa-e-mail.net/index.html and ordered their Bulk E Mail Software which included their Prospect mailer 2000, The Prospect Finder 2000, and The Prospect Manager 2000 for a sale price of $149.00. After I tried to send e-mail to clients I discovered that the e-mailer was not actually being mailed out. The mailer was appearing to be mailing to prospects, I in put four of my own e-mail address to be sure that the program was actuall e-mailing to prospects. neither one of my boxes received the e-mail. When I searched the web site for a number to call
Best Software Products all I found was a fax number which is
217-566-2299..There was a statement that said they did not offer tech service over the phone..I faxed the compant and e-mailed them still no response..I called my credit card company in order to dispute this charege.I placed the order on 11-5-2000...
I am current waiting on a dispute form from my credit card company..Anyone may contact me if they like more information on BEST SOFTWARE PRODUCTS bulk e-mail software.
