Best Spedition posed as a third party shipping company and scammed buyer out of $2000 Spokane, St. Louis Nationwide

A seller named Daniel Spencer in Spokane WA places ads all over the country on auto and horse websites, then uses bestspedition.com as his third party "shipping company" and gets his victims to send the payment via MoneyGram.
A friend just lost $2040 trying to buy a saddle. The moneygram was collected in St. Louis by Peter Clay.
