I was contacted by a representative of Better Golf Today (Mark Stevens 1-800-841-8466) and asked if I would demo some fairway woods. The demo period was to be 45 days and the charge for the clubs $420.00. I agreed to the demo and received the clubs. I tried the clubs (3,5,7 woods) for two weeks and decided that I did not like them.

Now, according to the return policy, I was suppose to call the 1-800 number (1-800-505-1719) and request a Return Authorization Number that must appear on the box in which the clubs are returned.

The problem is that I have called this number several times for a return authorization number (first call I belive was 11/14/2005) and to date, I have not recieved a Return Authorization number.

The 1-800-505-1719 is supposedly the ordering center and they claim that they have no direct number for customer service or any name that they can give me.

I recieved one email from [email protected] telling me what my Invoice Number was but no Return Authorization was included.

I believe that they are intentionally not providing this number so that they can say I did not return the clubs in time.

Well, it has been six full weeks and I still do not have my refund. To top it off, Mark Stevens from Better Golf Today called me today to see if I wanted to demo some more clubs! I guess he has not been in the loop. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

.....AND STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

Well, it has been 4 full weeks since I sent back the golf clubs and I still have not received by refund. Per their refund policy, they have 4-6 weeks to refund the money. So, technically, they have until March 01, 2006 to give me my refund. This is totally unsatisfactory and I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

apologized for the delay and confusion

On January 14, 2006, I received a call from a Dave Barnes (not sure if spelling is correct) with an RA#. Dave claims that they have tried to contact me more than once. My phone records indicate differently. However, I have received the RA# that I need to send the clubs back. I will do so and then wait to see how long it takes them to credit my account. Dave apologized for the delay and confusion and hoped that we could get this resolved in a satifactory manner.
