Better Homes Realty - Larry Charvoz - Lisa Hary Immoral & Unscrupulous behavior by 2 scandalous Used House Salesmen ripoff Antioch California
My house was listed with this self proclaimed "pre-eminent" real estate salesman Larry Charvoz and his rookie Lisa Hary. After returning from a week long getaway it had become apparent that Larry Charvoz, a married man with 3 children at the time was having sexual relations with my now ex-wife.
My children who were 4 and 8 at the time were told to stay up stairs while Larry and Maurita were engaging in sexual activities at the very house that he was hired to sell. I had tape recorded conversations that proved all of my allegations. I took the info to Jane Charvoz, (Larry's wife at the time) and explained to her how Larry had been unfaithful to him. She ended divorcing this loser.
As time went on, Maurita got herself into much legal trouble mostly due to her dealings with Charvoz. She at one point admitted that she and Larry used Methamphetamines on a regular basis.
I wrote several letters to Better Homes Realty, 1 to Art Sutter the actual owner of the entire franchise and several to Jim Mann the owner of the local franchise. My letter fell on deaf ears and no action was ever taken. Mr Mann responded by stating that he cannot and will not be responsible for the innapropriate and immoral behavior of his agents while not on duty. I explained to this idiot that Larry was selling my house at the time and that the very sign in front of my house had his logo on it.
In closing, I highly recommend not doing business with Better Homes Realty in any capacity as they will put money over morals and integrity. I have found that most "used house salesman" are crooked by nature. However when their company promotes such behavior it is just pathetic.

This report wad filed in 2006. I have been divorced since 2003. When i met Maurita she had been divorced for 2 years. These are legal facts that cannot be disbuted. I do not see , or know the whereabouts of Maurita at this time. Its 2017, and i was just made aware of this report. Also, i do not know, or has there ever been a Roxy working in the office i worked in for 20 years in Antioch. I am not a user of whatever drugs he wrote down, either. There needs to be no further dicussion about this nonsense. Thank you

He has some seriouse issues. After reading Rafael's posting and the fact that Larry is a meth user he has confirmed what I've always known to be true.
