i am not trying to scare you off internet trading but you must be aware of the many scams going on around us.
here is another

he has an elaborate web site that gives him a real presence he even uses the
Paypal system to build more confidence in you to trust him.

i bought and paid for $1500 worth of bicycle parts and after complaining only got a $10.00 rear derailier.

Paypal is investigating but i am not veru hopefull as there will be no money in his account.

Paypal need to start holding onto the money as a securirt and only transfres the funds into sellers account after goods have been delivered and customer is Ok and looked after.
Very sad state of affairs. Please tell all your friends about this sacammer wheel freedom

Im not a fool neither a scammer, here is why and my side of the story.

First you placed the order from us, and we work out every aspect of it with fast
responses. Also told you to use paypal because is the safest way to pay online
and I invite you to join paypal to continue with the order.

I sent you the paypal request, you paid it in 2 parts, and then I place your order with my
supplier. I first quote you $150 dollars in shipping to Australia, but for my
mistake I didnt take in to account that your parts were mostly low end parts
from Shimano, that have to many parts in steel and weight a ton. I had to pay
another $200 to bring your order to my office, when regularly I paid $50.

Then when I receive your order and see why I paid so much,  because your order total weight is 150 pounds or 70 kilos. When I put that amount in the paypal shipping service, it quote me
around $700 dollars!

After that I sent you an email stating that you need to pay the difference. Then I use the
quote using Large Flat rate boxes  and the quote drop to around $460. You told me to send it by sea, because it was
much cheaper.

I first used the USPS parcel service(by sea), but then a discover that United States
Postal Service cancel this service to international destinations. Then I call
all our local and Miami Sea Parcel service companies for quote the shipping to
you. All quotes that I receive that also were sent to you by email, were around
$500 to $600 and take 60 days to arrive to you. Also one that cost 370,
arriving in 45 days.

If USPS had the parcel service for international countries, you will have your goods
already, but this was no possible.

Then we reach a medium point. I will pay the $155 from my pocket and you also, the same
amount, to be shipped by USPS Priority Mail using the Large Flat rate boxes and
then when you receive your goods, you will pay your part($155)

Few days later you open a Paypal Case against us, and my account went Negative $1,400,
that is the amount of your current order and also in my account, were $500 that
I cant use, because the negative balance.

I told you to cancel the case, because all the money to pay the $460 in shipping charge
were in Paypal, but you refuse.

Because you were very stubborn, and inflexible in this case, I continue with the paypal
case, Paypal ask me for a tracking number, thats why I sent you one item only,
thinking, that paypal will reopen my account as soon I enter the tracking
number and then I can use the money to print all the shipping labels(8)
totaling $460 to send your order as soon as possible and ends this dispute. But
as soon I enter the tracking number paypal, they update the case, stating they
will reach a decision in July 20th, 15 days more to wait, if the reopen my case. In that time you receive the rear derailleur and you are calling me a fraud and scammer also in other webpages.  I dont told you that the thing I sent you was no the complete order, because you will tell paypal and they will not reopen my account, that restrain me to pay for your shipping labels. If I had $500 in
my pocket, before you open the paypal case, I will pay for shipping, but in my case, the only way is to use the money that is my paypal account.

My company Bicycle Parts Wholesaler, begins in 2008 with 100 members already. We never had
any problem with any member. Because you were in Australia, I never send you a paypal request to pay me the $50 membership fee.

I never meant to this to happen. This is a very particular issue. I had in my office your complete order. Here is the link of the proof.

My only concern is that you receive your goods.

 

If in the end, paypal decides to pay you, and leave me with your
complete order(that I have to sell it in Ebay, all items individually to
recuperate my money), please by kind, and erase all those bad messages you post
in different website about talking that Im a scammer, that will hurt my
business to attract new customers.

I hope the letter explains for itself and the photos.
This is my first issue with a member. I know my mistake was not to calculate
the exact shipping charge and also don't take in to account how expensive is
the shipping to Australia. But we reach a middle point, as soon we reach a
middle point, you open a paypal dispute and that enlarged the problem. If you
hadn't open the dispute, you will be having by now the bicycle parts and
selling them.

I have been in the bicycle business from 1997 in
Ponce, PR. We are a small operation, we are the middle man from regular
customer to the supplier. Mostly my customers are people with home businesses
that sells parts and fix neighbors and friends bikes.

I have all your the goods in my office, asdemonstrated in the photos. I don't know what will be the outcome in the paypal decision.

By now, I can't make any business and I have to tell current members to wait until this is resolved.
