BIDFUEL - ILEAD MEDIA - ADD MEDIA - BIDFUEL.COM - Blogtoolkit.com - ADDmedia took money off credit card after being told i didnt want services Internet
I signed up for blogtoolkit for 1.97. When they called me the next day to confirm my order, they told me there would be a charge of 39.95 after the 14 day trial perid. I told them I didn't want the services and to cancel it.
When I checked my credit card statment the next day I realized there was a charge on there for bidfuel.com as well. I called them and told them that I had canceled the services so why was there a charge for them, I didn't order from them? They actually pulled up the phone conversation I had with blogtoolkit and there it was!!! Me, telling them I didn't want the services. They then told me the computers were down.
I then called blogtoolkit.com and they said their computers were down as well and the person hung up on me. Within less than a minute I had two email confirmations of the cancellation. So much for the computers being down.
