On February 8 2008, I nade an online purchase to bidz.com. My money was deducted out of my account within days. Usually, They will deducct funds when order is shipped. Not this company. To this day i am still waiting for them to ship my order. I DO SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ORDERS ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. They give you no option to ship order to another address, So, you have to chat and have them change it which apparently, delays the process another week. I am absolutely infuriated with this as I have never had any problems of theis magnitude with ANY oter online shopping.

When a payment is processed with a credit card, the payment is processed automatically. When using a different payment method it might take a few days for the payment to clear. It is very unfortunate to hear that you have not been assisted in a timely and correct manner. Once again all our apologies. We do allow our customers to ship to an alternate address but we have the customer follow some standard procedures. These are measures we take to protect our customers against any fraudulent activity. Since our Fraud department needs to verify information most orders do experience a delay of 72 hours. During peak seasons we do experience a bit more of a delay. We would like to further assist you and explain the reason for the delay, there could be various factors.
