Big C Lumber ripoff Kendallville Indiana
Big C Lumber bought out Broadview lumber. I always had great experiences with Broadview Lumber in Kendallville, Indiana, but Big C doesn't seem to care about customers. They have fired so many good people that were a tremendous help to me, and other customers. After having promised the seller they would retain Broadview's employees, they immediately started firing employees. They have kept one man who is a salesman, who drinks and drives, the employees that that they have kept know this, and that infuriates me. They most definitely lied, and I think their products are inferior, high priced, and they are snakes in the grass as far as I, and many other former Broadview customers and employees are concerned. There are too many people who have been treated shabbily by them, and the word has gotten around.
Thank God for Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards.
I hope Big C goes out of business. They won't redeem themselves in this town.
