Big Discount Ramps bigdiscountramps.com Breach of contract, with intent to defraud. Typical to other unethical practices such as their copyright theft. Clearwater, Florida
This company owner engaged in a contract for $525 for services and as soon as the owner discovered how I was producing the contracted product, he breached his legal contract. I overheard other instances where they interviewed potential employees for the sole purpose of information gathering how to produce their online store.
It should be further noted that this type of white collar theft falls in line with the owner's previous unscrupulous activity, stealing an established business's web name, market and product offerings. Nearly verbatum intellectual property theft.
It stands to reason the same person would handle other business dealings in the same manner, thus when engaging this contract for services, had no intention of honoring the terms, stole procedural production skills and terminated the contract without notice, negotiation or otherwise.
It is plainly evident the owner and his company is attempting to steal a company's entire enterprise by posing as the same company, same market, same product, namely, DiscountRamps.com. Intellectual property theft is a serious matter and every penny earned while infringing on a tradename then belongs to the original company. I am sure the original DiscountRamps.com awaits the acruement of assets for their future suit. The thief using the domain BIG DiscountRamps.com Can the thievery be anymore blatant?
In any case, this company will shut down soon and it will not be in a shopper's best interest to do business here, with a 400 sq ft two room office, posing as another company.

As was previously mentioned... the unscrupulous activities of this company landed them a court order to cease and desist using a company name which belonged to a legitimate established company, Discount Ramps, inc. This company was forced to abandon the Big Discount Ramps name and begin using OnSaleRamps.com
