I have worked for the company over a year their online anything is shotty they do not have the technology or intelligence to run an online store. There retail stores rely on low prices alone if you put into consideration the looks or organization of the store compared to any other coperate run retail store its very subpar they care more about throwing merchandise on a shelf and not the way the merchandise looks or how easy it is for the customer to find its littrally just thrown on the shelf.

On the website, it has a place for a billing and shipping address. You should have double checked. Once you order, the order is sent through to the location closest to you. They didn't say it had been shipped, they said once you put it in that you can not cancel it or change information. If it is a package that does not require signature, they will leave it at your front door.

IF THIS PRESENT WAS SO SPECIAL YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT UP AND GONE TO THE BIG LOTS STORE AND PICKED IT OUT FOR YOURSELF. YOU COULD HAVE PICKED EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED, TOOK ACTUAL PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF IT AND PAID FOR IT AND TOOK HOME EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED. YOU SHOULD KNOW BY NOW THAT NO ONLINE MERCHANT CAN COMPETE WITH THE THINGS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE AND BUY YOURSELF IN PERSON. I LIKE TO SHOP AT BIG LOTS STORES BUT WILL NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH ANY MERCHANT!
