Big State Industrial Supply Sales Rep. Big John, offered a complimentary package of 10pk of grease to legitimize his business and before product arrived, charged us. Riverside California
We were contacted by Big John, from Big State Industrial Supply, offering many deals on many items. My response was we do not purchase over the phon,e if you have a catelog I would be willing to see what you have available and see if it is in line with what we are paying currently. His persistance in trying to make a sale, in his words, in front of my employees on speaker phone, stated that he would be willing to legitimize his business with a complimentary 10pk of grease to establish future business relations. We received a bill for product that was promised as complimentary and are now, 8 months later, relentlessly are being pursued to pay an ernormous amount of money that does not even compare to what we would normally pay from our regular vendor. We are now being threatened that this will be reported to a credit agency and is going to affect our credit and have till March 31st to pay a lowered amount of monies than originally billed by a Ms. Evans. She calls us 3 and 4 times daily and is very persistant and does not allow you to discuss as she speaks over you.
