I have just been ripped by this guy. I was listing auctions under a guy that was hired by him and he is a victim as well. I didnt know about his name until now, after I have been ripped for over 2K!!
Me and the other guy have send emails to Dataline NBC with the same title (BILL BERLIN, FRAUDULENT E-BAY PRACTICES), hoping we can grab their attention and they will come out and investigate it.
If any of you guys have been ripped, please email dateline with the same title. If we do something about this togther, hopefully we can get this guy off the street.

A criminal case has been executed against Mr. Bill Berlin. The detective on the case is still Detective Jon Barragan. You can reach Detective Jon Barragan at: 213-533-4654. The District Attorney assigned to the case is Shawn Werner. Shawn Werner can be reached at: 213-580-3272. Mr. Berlin has plead Not Guilty. The preliminary hearing is set to take place on July 28th, 2009 at L.A. Criminal Courthouse, Division 30. The case number is: BA353158.

A criminal case has been executed against Mr. Bill Berlin. The detective on the case is still Detective Jon Barragan. The District Attorney assigned to the case is Shawn Werner. The Preliminary Hearing against Mr. Morton William Berlin Jr. was on March 16, 2009 at 8:30am. That hearing was held at the L.A. Criminal Courthouse, Department 32. The address to the court is: 210 W. Temple St.; Room 3-319, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The case number is: BA353158. That court hearing was held and there was a movement for another hearing on April 1st, 2009.

I have reported him to FBI and dateline. One of other victims that I know of has already reported him to dateline. And I have him have the victims he knows of do the same thing. So far I think we have at least 4 or 5 people reported him to dateline.
I am not what other really effective way I can do to report him. You filed a police report, but he is still out there scamming people......
Do you know of any other victims??? Can we start a class action against him???

I, too, sent an email to Dateline. Thanks for providing that information. I agree that we need to expose this guy. Ripoffreport doesn't allow members to communicate with each other. Therefore, I'm not sure how I can communicate effectively with you, unless you can read my previous reports and communicate by that means.

I am on the same page as you. Let's expose this guy. I have been in contact with authorities for 9 months now, and still not justice has been sought. Please go through Ebay. You can communicate to me through Ebay, and we can do this together. I am glad that someone else is as determined as me. FINALLY.
