Received 7/14/2006 an email for receipt of payment, charging a paypal account for $239.95 for a Motorola V3 Pink Razr Quad-Band Cell Phone.
I do not even have a paypal account. Have been receiving emails of this sort for a while, but have never seen this charging me. Did not click on "Dispute Transaction" knowing this is how they would get my info.

Have researched and found that the address for Bill Chang of 202 N Magnolia Dr in Saco, Me 04072 does not exist.
