I ordered Billy Blanks television special of the Billy Boot Camp workout dvds. I was told that my total cost was $54.90 including the S&H just for the special. I refused all their additional items yet, the next day, they charged me $67.66 for 2 club memberships. It's for their DVD and Vitamin clubs. They didn't even tell about their vitamin club.

Anyway, I called the very next day and spoke to their manager, Lisa and she said, there's nothing they can do except to wait to receive the shipment and then I can return the additional items and then my account will be credited.

I told them it was an authorized charged and that since the shipment hasn't been processed that they should be able to change it. This was the next day, so I know that nothing has been shipped. She refused and said that they cannot do that. I asked her if this has happenned to other people and she actually said that "it has never happenned before." That's funny since Ripoff.com has them listed.

I told her that I would report that their business for fraudulently charging people additional items that they never authorized and she said go ahead and asked if I had any additional questions. I said no and she hung up on me.

I emailed their customer service numerous times and they repeadtely told me that they are sorry for my "unfortunate incident, but they cannot help me." I have all the emails and they all say the same thing. And on top of that, they state on the last line of their email, that "they are committed to providing exceptional customer service." What a bunch of liars. I have 6 emails from them and they can't help me.

I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and with RipoffReport.com. I told them this and they DO NOT CARE. They are still sorry about my unfortunate incident.

I have cancelled my debit card and my bank is helping me dispute the unauthorized charges.

The product may be worth buying, but unfortunately, You Will Get Ripped Off First by their so-called exceptional customer service.

I just want my money back...
