Biltmore apartment complex , Evicted My wife and I with three days to get out Omaha, Nebraska
Biltmore apartment complex refused to accept our rent. Then evicted us for failure to pay rent. Did a phony court date with the help ofv their corupt attorney and told us we had to be out of the apartment in 3 days. The law says 30 days if you are evicted . They not only evicted us but evicted 20 other families as well the sam e week-end. Come to find out they (Biltmore) Had a group of Professionals from India that wanted to lease and would pay twice the rent I wish I could file a class action suit against them. because the broke the lease and I am stuck with the balance through a collection agency.
