BioMolecular Solutions Lied, conned and misrepresented themselves Manteno, Illinois
They were supposed to send my order 3 day priority and order was not to be taken out of bank for 30 days. Two weeks later I still did not receive my order and the bank said the order had been taken out.
I called all April and was told it was shipped. I repeatedly called through May and was told it was on back order and would be shipped within 2 weeks. I called them 2X a week and asked for refund and they told me that the upper management said No Refund. Finally I spoke with what I guessed was a manager and he told me that I would get a refund and it would be put back in my bank by the end of June well here it is July 5th and they are still not answering my calls and when they do it is another run around LIE.
Why would any reputable company treat customers that supposedly they want like this.
