Black Ball Towing came onto the Ambers Village Apartment parking lot March 22, 2016 and removed a 2005 Honda Accord which had a current resident's parking decal on windshield which was appropriately parked. They claimed there was not sticker but we had witnesses who confirmed that the sticker was on the windshield that evening. They did not contact the police department that they had towed the car until at least 4 hrs and 45 min after it was removed even though state law requires notification in no more than 2 hours.

Black Bull insisted that the owner come to Fort Worth to reclaim the car which was towed from Arlington. It is at least a $50 taxi ride to their lot from the site where they towed the car. After much insistence, the manager of the apartment told Black Bull to return the car to the owner. It was towed back to the apartment compllex about 18 hours after it had been removed.

Black Bull insists that they did not remove items from the car but there are at least $5000 in personal property which was in the car when they took it which is no longer there. The owner of the car was cleaning out her recently deceased farther's home and had some items in the car which she would have removed when she got home. The missing items include a lap top computer and table which were in the trunk of the car. She had some of her own jewelry and some jewelry of her deceased father in the glove compartment with a wallet with $146 in cash. She had several gold plated Susan B Anthony dollors in the door compartment which were removed.

Items missing include a men's 14K goold chain, a man's turquoise ring, a 14K white gold men's wedding ring with 6 diamonds, a woman's wedding ring with diamond. platimum sapphire earrings, gift card to Macaroni Grill, several Susan B Anthony gold plated dollar coins, a tablet, a men's Armani watch. and a pair of REVO sunglasses returned.

Black Bull insists that person must go in person to their sleezy establishment in Fort Worth to file a claim report. Their place is not some place that is safe for women to go. We are sending a certified letter and going to court instead.

Black Ball violated state law by failing to give the auto's owner notice that they have 14 days to file a case in any JP court in the county. There was not notice in the car and none was given to the owners. They dumped the car and left as fast as they could! By reading the transcripts of other court cases we discovered that we have 14 days to file a court case and can use any JP court in the county.

The auto's owner had a file folder of financail papers pertaining to her father's estate in the trunk of the car. They had been examined and were loose all over the trunk of the car. Some of the documents were statements of her dad's stocks. The stocks on those reports are inexcess of $130 K. Her dad's birth certificate was in that folder and was missing when the car was returned. It will not surprise us if we discover that her dad has been "ressurrected" by identity fraud after this incident!
