On February 14 , of 2014 I ordered some videos from bwn video, I had previously had a membership in their  online  website and decided to order some of their videos.

I had never ordered videos from them before and really had no thought or idea of what I was about to get myself into.

I ordered the videos through the website, paid with my credit card and the order was processed sucessfully and I received an online receipt.

after about two weeks of waiting for the videos to arrive I finally contacted bwn  about my order, I had read on the website that it takes about 4-6 weeks for delivery, but I was expecting that to refer to may be order that were being shipped outside of the U.S.

I called the number on the website and  I spoke with someone who seemed very uninterested in my situuation, as well as pretty distraught, but not angrily distraught. I told him that I never received a confirmation about my order being shipped, as was stated on the website, and that I was trying to find out the status of my order.

He took my name and email address and looked up my order supposedly, he further went on to tell me all the technical problem  he had been experiencing and how behind in orders he was, I understood that and asked him respectfully approximately when do he think my order would ship.

he replied that it would go out that following monday, and that I would receive a confirmation tracking number from Ups and email from Bwn. needless to say neither of those things happened.  I emailed them about it because now it was the third week of the order and no still no progress.

I was told that my order had already been shipped, so I called again to find out the tracking number of my order, this time when I called I was told by the owner/representative that he wasn't in the office and that he would send me the tracking number when he got back to the office. Never happened.

I was becoming very angry and upset but at no time did I become angry or obnoxious over the phone, all I could think of was this guy has my $154 and doesn't have any intention on delivering my videos. I just couldn't believe this was happening.

This website has been operating for 14 years, and I was thinking how is it that  they are nanaging to keep the website updated but cannot deliver me my order.

It is now the middle of March I am very upset and ready to take legal action against Bwn, but I wanted to give this guy/company a chance to make good on my order. I called again this time I was instructed over the phone by the owner/representative, to leave him an email and he would  respond promptly.

As requested I left him an email I got a one-line response saying my order was on it's way.  it is now  approximately April 2 my order is now approaching the 8 week mark which puts it approximately 2weeks past the limit of delivery time.

At no time did I ever sense any urgency in expediting my order, I only felt as though my money had been taken and  I was gonna have to eat the $154 loss.

I had to call my bank, and prove to them that I never received this order from bwn, and had to do the ultimate, and that was request a chargeback, to this day I have not received a letter of apology, nor any type of communication acknowledging that an oversite or a mistake had been made with my order

I hope no one else will have to encounter this type of scenario situation from bwn video.

I can't say that I would order anything else from them again, not because of them not processing my order correctly, but simply because of their lack of professionlisn in business.
