Blooms N Roses Flowers & Gifts Worst online florist. Double orders, RUDE customer service, Un-informed service fee! Toronto, Ontario
Dear Readers,
I would like to describe how rude I was treated with this Blooms N Roses florist. On the 12th Feburary 2010, I founded this website www.bloomsnroses.com online and wishes to order a dozen of roses for my girl friend on V-day.
The order seems to be fine until the next day, a personal contacted me via phone to tell me that the order was unable to be executed because of my credit card. So I was trying to resolving this issue with them on the phone, but the call was dropped during the process. No one contacted me back regarding this matter.
I supposed there was a problem, so i contacted them back, but no answer. I took reliance and purchased the flowers else where for my V-day.
Later on Feb 15 2010, the recipient (my girlfriend) received two dozens of flowers with the same message on them at her place. I later found out that this firm have charged me for both of them, plus the un-informed service fee of $8.00.
So I send them an email regarding the matter only to start a chain of "off-topic" replies. They did not reply about the double ordering or the mis-communication we had in earlier phone calls. The only thing they replied was that "the order was made on the date".
They held me liable for double ordering the flowers, when their online system is truly a fraud. There were no summary of my order sent through the confirmation email, but only the message saying that the order was received.
The price listed on the website appears to be "a good deal" and the delivery that stated 'free' is a lie. There was a service charge which was included in my order.
The person who called me later explained that I was lucky that they decided to send me the flowers on V-day, even though its very busy. He also said that I'm lucky he didn't charge me again for my recipient not being home at the time he delivers them.
I spent $130 just on one order of roses from this firm. The listed price for a dozen was $35.55. I do not understand this billing system at all. The invoice is unclear as to what is being charged, only the additional fee and service fees were included.
My last word is: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM!
