BlowoutBedding.com web linens was charged shipping when ad said NO SHIPPING charge on this item, called twice, no return call.! Pennsauken New Jersey
This company is a ripoff! Firstly, I was charged shipping when the ad said for that particular day, no shipping. When I saw that I was charged for shipping I called, and of course, a recording during regular business hours, and noone returned my call. Once product received, I was shocked to find that the dark brown sheets were so thin, I could see through them! The quality is not what the ad says "We sell only First-Class bed linens worthy of the most elite hotels and homes". Also, the return policy states no returns on Clearance, but that they also will not take a return if the items have been unfolded! How do you examine it on a bed without unfolding it??? The bedspread wasn't even wide enough to cover the sides of the bed! So, I call again, leave a message, no answer, recording only. No return labels allowed, return shipping is on the customer. False advertisement all the way with this "highest level of customer service" they advertise. Don't use this company!
