After researching this claim, I can provide the following facts. This customer signed up with our company and agreed to pay our fee to Advertise & Market his timeshare property with Orange Lake REsort. His advertisement was immediately designed and placed on our website, in our Magazine, as well in our rotation of Showcase Properties that are displayed on premises at various Conventions being held in the Orlando/Disney FL area. A copy of his ad is available upon request to any interested parties including anyone researching this erroneous complaint. As for his Account Manager, the original rep Gunnar Jenkins has been terminated for violating our in-house policies relating to attendance, amongst other things. We have been in contact with Mr Jeff **** and advised him of his Account Rep change. It is our strong belief that this complaint is unwarranted and our service will continue to be provided for the duration of our agreement.
