Its been little over a month that I received a call one morning from a lady at Blue Hippo. Her call was to verify address information and ask who is Gayle Berry. I told her she is the one who made the original order and the account info given was her son's as she didnt have an account at that time. She verified everything and said a REFUND was on it's way. I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT POSTAL SERVICE SHE USED CUZZZZ I HAVE SEEN NOOOO REFUND CHECK. I called Blue Hippo and customer service gave me their fax number and also told me that the info regarding a GOODWILL REFUND was in process and any concerns to fax to the number he gave me. I FAXED 5 TIMES AND STILL NOTHING! These people need their ASSES KICKED and now I'm on a mission to take 'em down.!!! Wish me Good Luck! Believe me when I say, I AM RELENTLESS WHEN IT COMES TO $$$$$ CHA-CHING, CHA-CHING!

I had a similar problem with them. I notified the BBB in Maryland and stated that I would like a refund because I never received the computer. I also filed a dispute with my bank. 2-3 weeks later, I received a credit to my account from BlueHippo. I called my bank and they stated that they hadnot given me the credit for the dispute I filed with them. I am assuming that whatever the BBB did worked because I got most of my money back.
