Blue Ribbon Closeouts is a horrible business with horrible customer service and fradulant claims regarding product quality. I spent $2580 on a Macy's closeout lot with the promise of clothing that could be resold for a decent profit on ebay. 

I am a top rated power seller on ebay, and only made $1450 on the clothing that was resellable. There were 60-70 pieces that were not even sellable as there were torn, and holes. I then had 20 articles of clothing that came with the security tags and it took Moses (the president and sales representative) 4 weeks to get me a return label to ship the clothing back to get the security tags removed. 

Here is an example of one of the horrible emails I received from Moses:

 

YOUR WRONG! THE BELOW IS NOT YOUR SECOND EMAIL REGARDING THIS! IT’S AROUND YOUR 15TH

The manager responsible is on vacation this week!

The clerk that arranged for pick-up did not respond to the e-mail on the day that I received your e-mail! 

I then wrote the manager’s boss, a director at Macy’s liquidation and he HAD to wait for a response from a different department!

I HAD to wait for him!

I wrote to him this morning EVEN before your e-mail this morning!

  am now waiting for a response! 

BE PATIENT! I am a professional that I takes EXTREMELY good care of his customers and better care of his responsibilities – whether you consider yourself one or not! 

I WILL RESPOND WHEN I HAVE SOMETHING CONCRETE TO PROVIDE!

 

This is the level of disregard I faced, even though it was his error. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have lost valuable time, money and effort with no compensation and as you can see from this website, am not the first person that was scammed by them!

I have a total of 37 e-mails to and from “Sabrina W” that prove that all of her negative statements with the exception of one* are false.  One of her own actions in her filing of this libelous report evidences her dishonesty – by adding the word “REDACTED”, she guards against legal action from Blue Ribbon for her total disregard for the truth.

I will gladly provide all evidence to anyone considering doing business with Blue Ribbon.  And I challenge “Sabrina W” to provide any evidence to substantiate any of her statements. She even falsified the number of garments in question. If it weren’t for her own actions, the one problem with her order would have been quickly resolved to her satisfaction.

BlueRibbonCloseouts.com, BlueRibbonToys.com and more recently BlueRibbonKidsClothes.com, under the parent company of Blue Ribbon Ventures has been conducting good-faith, honest business on the internet for almost ten years.  We have never “scammed” anyone as this person falsifies.  In that time and after thousands of transactions, this is the first-ever report of its kind against Blue Ribbon Closeouts and it is completely untrue.

*The only problem with her order was that 15 items were delivered with the security tags still attached.  While Blue Ribbon and our supplier, who is a multi-billion dollar retailer, made every effort to resolve the situation by immediately offering “Sabrina W” three options, she insisted on having things done in exactly her way, thereby causing delays as we tried to follow her exact wishes in order to resolve the simple issue of having the security tags removed (at our expense, of course). All the while, Sabrina was impatient, condescending, offensive and disrespectful. At every turn, she belittled the efforts of those trying to help her. This will all be evident to anyone who wishes to review the proof that we will gladly provide to those considering doing business with Blue Ribbon.

We conduct every transaction in an honest, professional and courteous manner. We consistently deliver more than what we advertise and in the few occasions when issues have arisen, we have quickly and courteously acted to resolve them to the satisfaction of every one of our customers. This will be evident to anyone wishing to consider doing business with Blue Ribbon. I invite you to contact me for the proof.
