Amazon Seller BlueCare Automotive manipulated my feedback as a seller when I listed one of their items as used on Amazon to sell it. I bought it from them and didn't need it so instead of returning it, I listed it for sale. BlueCare Automotive then sent me a threatning email telling me to remove it. When I refused BlueCare Automotive has a buyer by the name of MICHAEL L MAST of MILLERSBURG, Ohio purchase the item then a few days later maniuplate my perfect 100 percent seller feedback into a negative rating preventing me from selling again on Amazon. BlueCare Automotive used the feedback system at Amazon to prevent me from selling.

The seller sells: B00YEWFNFW

Premium Microfiber Wash Mitt (2-pack) with FREE POLISHING CLOTH, Highest Density, Ultra-soft, Super Absorbent, Lint Free-Scratch Free, Use Wet or Dry

Buyers should not buy from this seller because the items are junk. Simply purchased from DollarTree and resold on Amazon for $14.95 then the seller claims those items are pattented or trademarked and that nobody has a right to sell said items. The seller used a dirty tactic to place a bad mark on my seller account and therefore can't be trusted on Amazon. The seller BlueCare Automotive violates the feedback maniuplation policy at Amazon. The seller BlueCare Automotive is also purchasing feedback and customer reviews on facebook for $10 each. This is also a violation of the feeback policy on Amazon.

Do not buy anything from BlueCare Automotive.

This abusive Amazon seller BlueCare Automotive buys competitor items than files FBA copyright complaints on the items to get them removed from Amazon, he knows the game and Amazon should suspend this seller for abusive ecommerce practices. I would no buy anything from this seller on Amazon, he is abusive and his name is Michael I. Mast of Ohio.

Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:07 pm on September 19, 2016 in MILLERSBURG, OH (((REDACTED))).

attempted to manipulate my feedback by purchasing the item, receiving it then leaving negative feedback because I was selling a used version of his item. The feedback was removed by Amazon. The seller Brownbox Savings should not be allowed to sell on Amazon due to violation of the feedback maniuplation policy. The seller used Michael L. Mast Amazon buyer ID to falsley purchase the used item in order to strike my selling account. This is against terms of service of Amazon's Seller policy.

The item was delivered to Michael's house and nothing was damaged, defective or wrong. The items that Michael sells are from DollarTree. He does not own patenet or trademark on the towels. Seller sends me emails everday harassing me about selling his used item.

If this seller keeps harassing me, I guess my next attempt will be to get his product delisted from google search. Keep it up SON, you'll see who wins!

I am the owner of BlueCare Automotive. I am a leading seller of automotive products on Amazon. My Amazon Seller account is in very good stead. My customer feedback is 4.9 out of five stars as of this writing I have 391 product reviews, with a rating of 4.8 out of five stars. Feel free to check out my website at bluecareauto.com, and tell me if my products look like they were purchased at Dollar Tree and repackaged.

The entity that filed this claim was selling counterfeit products under the name Million Dollar Pro. He was selling mitts described as BlueCare Automotive premium wash mitts. In an effort to determine the fraudulent nature of his product offering, I ordered what he was selling. When I asked him to stop selling fraudulent products, he basically said "make me." The product that I received from Million Dollar Pro was clearly not a "used" BlueCare Automotive product purchased from BrownBox Savings, the only authorized seller of BlueCare Automotive products. This is clearly evident in the attached photo that shows exactly what I received from the seller, Million Dollar Pro.

You can see by looking at product reviews that BlueCare customers are very happy with our products. We have not been found to be in violation of any Amazon policies. We have never purchased feedback on Facebook, if that is even possible???

This is clearly a dishonest claim from a dishonest person conducting dishonest practices. I am guessing he purchased the items he was selling as "used" BlueCare products at Dollar Tree. So I did a bit of research, I found the wire brushes and mitts on the Dollar Tree website.
