This was the email that I received:
Thank you for the timely response, we're excited to work with your brand. The hi-res images look great and please mail any samples to our address below. We'll send you hard copies of the issue when they arrive back from print.
Yes, we can design the print ad and web banners for you at no-cost if needed. If you're interested in the full-page ad package (one full page print/digital advertisement and one week social network website wrap) for $150.00 USD let us know by this Friday and we'll email over details. This print issue will be featured in Wal-Mart so we've lowered the ad price to include as many quality brands as possible.
Thanks again,
And we paid and sent a sample to the fake magazine as well as paid for the ad.
Complete scam.
-No such magazine exists.
-None of the companies that they claim distribute them have ever heard of them (I made several phone calls today).
-If you Google the names of the people on the About page, not a single one of them has a LinkedIn account (as in type in their name and 'BluePrint' you'd think that a LinkedIn account would show up).

Hello from The Blueprint Magazine,
My name is Scott Verel of The Blueprint Magazine’s Executive Customer Relations. We found an old post from 2013 about your experience with our company and staff on ripoffreport.com (bit.ly/1UGbJhJ) and I would like to reply on their behalf to take any action necessary to resolve this issue.
I read your post/response and understand we refunded your payment via PayPal in 2013 due to a delayed response time and service.
The Blueprint Magazine was acquired by UrbanLink Holdings, Inc. in late 2015 and has since worked really hard this year to repair their reputation, products and customer support. All back issues can be purchased in print and digital formats here: http://squ.re/1LFtLNZ
Again, I personally apologize for the poor customer service in the past and please contact me directly if you have any additional comments, information or concerns about your experience with our company.
Regards,
Scott Verel

Yes I filed for a refund and received my money back through PayPal (not through BluePrint).
(What legitmate business uses Paypal anyway???)
The so called attached ad that is shown in his rebuttal is made by the scam artist himself. Iyron Davis was previously a graphic designer, photoshop artist, etc... He's very good at what he does which is why he can make ads, banners, etc... for companies to 'prove' to them that their ad is in the magazine.
Bottom line is, there is no such magzine in print and there never has been.
It has never been in distribution. All the advertisements and marketing is fake in order to attract small, new companies. He contacts the companies by email, twitter, and even has phone calls to give a feeling of trust. His phone number is a Google number, so that he is not traceable.
All that is claimed in this report can be verified quite easily online.
Do not work with this man.
