Blues Carpet Cleaning I didn't pay for his enzyme carpet chemical so he only gave me the common carpet chemical that other companies uses and as effective as other chemicals. As a result, my carpet wasn't thorough clean. I Ebert, Colorado
Jose cleaned my carpet but left a brown mark where he steamed it. In other words, my carpet is worst than when he steamed clean it. He was trying to sell me an enzyme product that will cost me more than he quoted over the phone. He's the very first company that requires you to buy a "special chemical" to clean your carpet. The only option should only be the Teflon chemical that supposedly protect your carpet from getting so dirty. This guy will not sweat on your carpet, i.e., will not clean so hard, screw his so called brush, that didn't work. If I knew his work was a shady, I would have use my home steam cleaner instead. I know I would have done better, at least it will be cleaner. There are many to choose from around your area. Don't choose Jose an his Blues Carpet Cleaning. In addition, don't be fooled by the BBB report. BBB is paid by this company and merely a grade report agency. Have you really seen the complaints made by consumers?
