Worst Nightmare Ever! Hired Bluescape Pools & Spas - Manuel for a $50k project complete remodel with rockwork and waterfall. It was the worst decision I ever made! It was the worst experience and work I have ever seen! The guy was clueless and no timelines, no schedules etc. I was skeptical from the start but was anxious to get project started. I gave them a deposit and then waited for 10 days after signing a contract for someone to actually come back to my property. I later found out I was one of the first rock waterfalls they ever built and they had their tile guy take a shot at it and use my job as a guiney pig!
It cost be over $15K to get rid of them and out of my house and them had to turnaround a hire a real contractor and pay for everything to be redone and done right! My advice to anyone considering using this company! Do not hire Bluescape Pools & Spas. & GET REFERENCES WHEN GETTING WORK DONE & Verify the References are actual work they have completed and not just friends doing them a favor and giving them good references!
