I went to see a co-worker of mine in what I thought was a real, legit, contest. When it is really a fraud ripoff and a scam, it has invisible judges and ghost contestants.

First of all only a few, few, very few, people who win are people who can actually sing. The other people who sounded terrible, had a wobbly tune, yell, scream, sing off key and destroy the song of the original artist won over people who are a lot better, and they try to pretend there is nothing wrong with that contest. You also get judged by how many people you bring and they kept talking about how it was a good part of the score. Which is stupid because singing has nothing to do with how many friends you have. They are just looking for people to spend money. They just want to rip off your family, and friends and get them to save their failing bar by rewarding terrible singers for bringing in the most people.

Then the sneaky, shady, con artist actually goes around counting and seeing how many people they bought. Sounds more like putting in all your money and gambling than karaoke. Is this a singing contest or is this the lottery? Might as well just say pool all your money and see if you win' because that's all this really is. Might be some legal issues here because only the Ohio Lottery is allowed to run gambling in Ohio.

Basically if you win you have already paid for your own prize with all the money your friends and family will have spent for all the weeks it takes for them to finish the unorganized, haywire contest, might as well just stay at home, pass around a hat and get your money in a lot less time.

They don't pick many good singers out of jealousy and many other ignorant reasons which I won't mention in a public board. Because there is no other way to get people to come to this has been bar other than to be cheapskates and bribe the contestants to do the advertising for them. What a shame to rip off the few customers that you have left.

Both karaoke contests they've had here have been shady and rigged. This bar used to be the place to be, until they let the drunks with the oversized baseball caps hiding their eyes so no one can identify them scare the college money and cute girls away.

As a matter of fact this bar is so pathetic that they even have ghost contestants enter the contest. If they can't get enough people they have people who aren't even in the contest, just anonymous customers in the bar, go up and pretend they are contestants to make the contest look bigger than it actually is. So at times, some people don't even know who they are competing against because some of the contestants aren't actual contestants! People have a right to know who their competition is.

So the people don't even know who to compare themselves to since they don't even know who actually is competing! Except for the liar who pretends that the ghosts are actually real contestants. And for the contestants who actually are real, I don't know how they can go up there and accept an award they didn't even earn with their terrible sound. People who take hand outs for something they didn't deserve have no respect for themselves or others.

Not only do they have ghost contestants but they have invisible judges. Sometimes they hide their judges. Sometimes they don't. What a joke. Never saw any major talent show on TV where you don't know who the judges are. They hide their judges because they have something to hide and they are ashamed of the crooked decisions that they make. And hidden judges mean they never have to answer for what they do. Beware of contests with hidden judges.

This was a crooked sneaky place with all the ghost contestants and invisible judges, is this haunted house or is it a bar? No wonder this place only gets busy on Halloween. It has a contest run by the joker and filled with spooks.
