bought a new dodge ram for this place big mistake. they would never show me the contract and jumped around at the details of it. The truck had 20 inch rims and i asked to have them changed to 17 they said they would and they would take off some of the price knocked off. agreed to the payment not knowing what i was paying for. After a month i finally got my contract wow they stuck it to me good and there was no money back for the tires. I found out the hard way DONT BUY HERE. found out i could have saved thousands if i had went somewhere else.

is financed and get ALL of the copies of the loan agreements that they received from the dealership.

There is a chance that some, most, or even all of the paperwork is different from the copies that you received from the dealership. If that's the case, then contact a lawyer and the local media immediately and expose the dealership.

You can 'Google' this- CAR SALES: TRICKS OF THE TRADE- CONSUMER ALERT, and watch how Tori's monthly income was altered by a finance manager at a Ford dealership. If any of your loan agreements don't match up with what the bank received from the dealership, then you can sue them.

CONTACT THE BANK, OR FINANCE COMPANY, AND GET ALL OF THE COPIES THAT THEY RECEIVED FROM THE DEALERSHIP TODAY! (It could be your ticket to freedom.)

Good luck to you.

Here it is right off your posting...and I quote...

"...they would never show me the contract..." and then later you said..."after a month I finally got my contract..."

If they would NOT show you the contract...why in the hell did you sign it?  Why didn't you walk out instead of playing their doormat???

Should they have been honest and up front with you?  Absolutely!  Should they have shown you the contract?  Of course.  Should you have read it BEFORE you signed?  You bet!  But they, according to your words, wouldn't show you a contract. But you went ahead with this stupid deal anyway.

CASE CLOSED!
