I was e-mailed by nationalrewardcenter.com telling me I had won crate 17 which was an entertainment center or a refrigerator. It then took me to a site to purchase a set of 3 flexible cutting boards(which I had seen on TV before) to order them w/ no shipping or handling charges and I would receive the aforementioned.

It also mentioned that I would need to be home either AM or PM for my large delivery and that I had to be 18 or over to receive this prize (as mentioned above). I've heard nothing so today I cancelled my order#n074880 (set of 3 flexible cutting boards) (item # 18-10818).

I have given them 5 busines days (as of 10/21/03) to respond with my cancellation of my order in the Amt of $16.00 charged to my VISA. on the 10/15/03.

I was so pleased to find your site. Thank you. I will let you know if BonusAmerica.com dba nationalrewardcenter.com responds.

I recieved an e-mail from the national reward center on 10/29/03, it also said i had won an item in crate #17. I went to the next step and bought a robo grip, mailed them a money order on 10/30/03. I have not received my item or my supposed prize i have e-mailed and e-mailed and called their phone. I have not received any response, also on their phone i have called from 8am to 7pm and all in get is a recording saying they have a high call volume for a quiker respones e-mail us what the f**k ever!

I gave you my rip-off report 10/21/03 and my cancellation request within 5 business days to Bonus America dba National Reward Center on this same date. I have received my cancellation #2516903 of my order. I do have to say they did respond quickly to my request of cancellation. But I still feel they have deceptive practices. Phone #'s for this company are 213-243-1503 for customer service and their fax # 213-243-1509
