Is Boresha Intl., aka, Boresha Coffee a scam?
Without question the coffee business is a highly profitable business. It comes as close to being a perfect business as is possible. With what other product can you take 15 cents of substance and change it into a $3.85 product? Don't believe me, ask Starbucks or McDonalds? Its the 2nd largest traded commodity in the world and any savy entrepreneur sooner or later ends up giving it due consideration. That's why I started my due diligence into Boresha.. They have a very pretty and persuasive opportunity along as you don't dig too deep for facts.
At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and started the distributor experience with them to try the products and understand the business model. At the very outset I had to ignore alot of what should of been "red flags" to an average businessman. I was somewhat skeptical about being ripped off again with yet another scam? Here is what I mean:
#1. I am a retired physician, graduate of National College of Naturopathic Medicine [NCNM], Portland Or., graduated 1975, Certified by the Board, June 30, 1975, license #361. Thus, being what is called a legitimatye "Naturopath" I was struck by the fact that Dr. Ann Allen calls herself a Naturopath, graduate of unstated college, certified by unstated board of no date. Now, this is significant, when you realize Naturopaths can only practice in a few states if they are graduates of accredited colleges of which there are on about only six, only one when I graduated. I haven't found out what school, or what board she is certified by yet. Strangely, it is not listed in her socalled "Bio". In professional circles this is an important issue.
#2. There are listed all types of supposed patents from her work- why are the patent numbers not listed for authentication, verification, and application?
#3. She boasts of having published many scientific papers - in what reputable scientific journals when and where? none listed, none found in google.
#4. She boast of making millions from licensing her patents - why and for what reasons did she leave; Agel, Synergy, Vitamark, CES, Jaguar Ent., Agel Best Grp., Nat Puranaputra, David Feinstein? I have inquired of some of these prior business partners- no reply as of yet.
#5. I further found a report by Dr. Carl Hallberg, Ph.D. at the site of "RipoffReport" of www.ripoffreports.com, posted 2/19/2010. In his due diligence thru his professional circles he could find no legitimate information either. You should read his report.
Inspite of all the above, I did try to develope a working relationship with the company and because I had so many questions about products and operations our relationship soured and I decided to withdraw/cancel my distributorship and dissassociate myself from them. It is no surprise because she had a 20 year head start and currently has over 250,000 clinical trials of l-Arginine with no negative side effects.
Dr. Allen's patent licensing has generated over a billion dollars and continues to break all global records in licensing-technology.
Anyone out there who has not sold over a billion dollars of anything would not be in a position to question the value of her science and products.

I could go on and on....... by the way, do you think the average person out there knows what schools Albert Einstein attended? Did Einstein have an MD degree or a PhD? Does it really matter?
I have had the pleasure of working with some very talented physicians on a daily basis: MD, DO, DPM, DMD, DDS, DC. I can tell you that I don't care where they went to school. I do care about the results they get and how they are able to help people with their many talents and abilities that comes from year of experience in their specialized fields.
I have seen first hand the power of Dr. Allen's products on myself. my family, my patients and my friends. I have seen these benefits: significant reduction in body fat, balanced blood sugar levels, increased muscle mass, improved sexual health and increased energy levels.
The bottom line is that Dr. Allen's products have and will continue to impact the health and improve the quality of life for millions of people around the world.

The upshot of this whole issue is can you or your warm market, or, any recruit you might elicit afford to get "burned" again. Can anyone afford to attempt to build a networking organization with a company that has so many "Red Flags" showing on the surface; Can you afford to work a business that has already the earmarks of disaster down the road?
1. No verifiable credentials"
2. Claims for research unverifiable?
4. Claims for scientific publications unverifiable?
5. Posted severed relationships with many other networking companies?
6. Posted warnings about authentication by professionals in the same profession/field?
