Bottom Line Health Books Did not receive refund after returning book. Des Moines Iowa
After purchasing the Treasury of Health Secrets book from Bottom Line Health Books, I examined it and decided I did not want to keep the book..I returned it on February 14th, and have not received a refund. Fortunately I looked up the credit card info for that purchase and found the phone number for Bottom Line Health Books. (this number was not on the invoice)

I called to find out why I had not received my refund, she said they wait 6 weeks, but I would only get refunded for the purchase price of $39.95, but not the postage. I mentioned that it cost me as much to send it back, and told them there were a lot of complaints about this company.
I will let you know if I get my refund.
