Boulder Nature Labs A.K.A. Whole Health Products ripoff Longmont Colorado
Back in November 2005 I ordered their "free trial of Cortiban Ultra. I received another package, which I never ordered, and I sent it right back to them. They received that package on December 19, 2005. I was told that if they received it by Dec. 22,2005, that they would refund my money ($69.95). Now they say that I need some RMA# in order to get my money back. I did all I was supposed to and to this day, Feb. 9,2006, I have not received anything. I have e-mailed and called several times only to be lied to. they claim that I need to fill out some application in order to get my refund and they say I will receive it(the paperwork) within 5 business days. They have told me that over and over since Nov.2005. I've never received anything else from them.
I know they received that pkg. on Dec.19,2005 because I traced it with the post office. It was received by them on that day at 2:05pm and signed for by their employee, D.Vasques. They still won't return my money.
