BP/CiTi they send me oil card and i never received or used they don't listen they actually make my credit bad. no trust on this company Wilmington Delaware
i never reseived their credit card and used them, but they want me to pay the expense. all the charges ( fillinf oil) happende at the same day. i complained to the company and they did not listen, just want the money. they are a bad company and should be monitored by the credit bureau.
