BP/CITI Failed to close account since 2002 Wilmington Delaware
I paid this account in full in 2002. With my final payment I requested that my account be closed. When reviewing my credit report for my mortgage, it was listed as open in December of 2002. I wrote another letter requesting that it be closed. When purchasing a car in January of 2004, the account was still listed as open.
