These people are terrible!!! The worst company in Fayetteville. I recently moved to the Fayetteville area because of a military transfer. I needed a washer and dryer set. So I bought a set from Bragg Used Appliance. I dealt with Lorenzo, the owner.
I went there to get a washer and dryer for the 9 months or so we will be stationed here. I am fully aware I was purchasing something cheap and wasn't expecting some amazing set however I did expect it to work, as they said it would. First, they told me they would deliver on Saturday, they didn't make it until around 8 or so on Tuesday. Then when I went to use my dryer it started smoking so much so that it set my fire alarm off. I have called 5 times now, each time they tell me they will get someone out to look at it and bring a replacement. No one has shown up, it has been over 5 weeks now. These people should be ashamed to advertise themselves as veterans... all they did in this instance was rip off a military family.
First of all, they delivered it 4 days late! Then the dryer started smoking and set the fire alarm off! I called them over and over about the problem and no one has responded. It has been over a month now. These people should be ashamed for ripping off military personell. They claim to have a one year warranty. I should have known it was too good to be true. I now see they have ripped off many of their clients from reading the reviews.
DON;T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. LORENZO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS COMPANY!!! WHAT A RIPP OFF!!
