I have nothing bad to see about Ms. Williams who posted this negative entry, we have talked and all issues are resolved. The problem is lack of communication and how that causes problems. I appologize to Ms. Williams for not communicating enough with her and also not cleary explaining everything about the process that we were going through. Under no circumstance was she given false documents and under no circumstance did we doing anything that wasnt above board. Ms. Williams came to us with a business she wanted to buy, through the due - diligence process it was uncovered that she wasnt buying a business but that she was buying inventory in a business. She would get paid back if and only if the product her money went to purchase was ever sold. This caused problems with her loan that had been pre - approved, we tried to shift the file to a number of different sources. But with the market changing daily it was not possible to secure funding for purchasing inventory in someone elses business. Ms. Williams was refunded any and all fees and every effort was made to take care of her. It is unfortunate that a lack of communication made this situation into what it is but in the end she is made whole and I have learned a lesson on communication. Please remember that the web is a dangerous place, anyone can post anything about you at anytime wether it is true or not-

Brandon Relkoff and Jason Tuttle called me. The three of us spent the better part of an hour and a half resolving the misunderstandings that occurred in my attempts to obtain a loan. The misunderstandings were caused by a series of missed steps. Each side was operating with good intentions, but as they say, "...there was (apparently) a failure to communicate." All has now been resolved. Brandon Relkoff and Jason Tuttle are now aware of what can cause misunderstandings from a client's perspective, and I anticipate that their next clients will benefit from service that is indeed stellar. Mr. Relkoff made me whole by refunding my $1,000, and this update is to restore wholeness to them, and to indicate that any prospective client should not hesitate to employ their services with full confidence.
