We had this company complete some masonry work and repairs. The day he did the work we noticed the cement crumbling and falling off and sent pictures. We were assured they would come back and fix the work.
After scheduling several times to come and fix the work they never showed up and didn't reply to emails or phone calls. We spent over four figures on the work and expected it would be fixed, it has been several months since the work was done.
