 ]Guy Griffithe will have you believe all the negative posts made about him on Ripp off report are false. Guy also claims he doesn't Owe me money, Guy knows exactly who I am. Guy is no more than a petty thief.

Guy uses the Investment money he collects to fund his lifestyle, he does not invest it in his " Businesses" at best he is a con artist. Guy has no remorse for anyone he steals from.

I dont know about this Dave, however BBGP, does have creditors named

Guy states note holders should file proper legal process, this would be reasonably easy to do if Guy, or the company would give true and accurate information, such as the true address, or if Guy didn"t hide from service of process. This is important as Guy Griffithe claims he is the only person that can handle legal matters for BBGP. Guy Griffithe is disputing the contracts that were designed for BBGP, by someone representing BBGP., and issued again by persons representing BBGP. The contracts in question were written with an interest rate exceeding the legal rate for unlicensed, lenders, and a high late fee for late performance, late performance is not the issue at the present time, non performance is. There are many untrue statements made in atleast 1 BBGP public filing, the untrue statements involve due dates on many notes.

BBGP, Guy Griffithe has not been working with most of the note holders to remedy this situation, what Guy has been doing is creating havoc by threatening civil actions against some note holders. 

Guy Griffithe is currently in bankruptcy proceedings, for his personal affairs, but names business debt, he has included both contracts, he has with me, that are in default, this is a $4,500,000 BK. This is his second BK., in 10 years, it is time for Guy to tell the truth. With the information I have collected this will make a good book.

The statements within the report are false and misleading. The party represents himself as "Dave" whereas Bridgegate Pictures Corp does not have any creditors named Dave. He states "Bridgegate Pictures Corp and Guy Griffithe are in default on my loan" As it is stated the information is false and untrue. Any loan or note with Bridgegate Pictures Corp would be a personal note, if an officer of the company signed the note as a personal guarantor, the note holder would first follow proper legal process to collect from the company than pursue any guarantors. If a note or loan has a dispute due to defects or illegal terms within the note or loan the company reserves the right to challanage the issues.

Bridgegate Pictures Corp has continued to work with all note holders to resolve any and all outstanding concerns or issues that arise. Bridgegate Pictures Corp is a publicly traded company and all filings are public and posted. Any active litigation or conflicts are reported in the company filings viewable to the public.

We ask that comsumers review the facts being reported by actual filings and not false statements from individuals aimed for their own benefit in harming the company and its staff.
